This beautiful Easter egg pattern is easy for beginners to stitch and if you are experienced at greeting card embroidery you will find it quick to complete. The downloadable pattern includes step-by-step instructions. The egg is decorated with tiny multicoloured beads. An alternative to beads could be self-adhesive jewels or sequins.
The photograph shows the Easter egg stitched with the cross-hatching in red thread and the outline in purple thread. It is decorated with silver-lined glass seed beads.
