Method
Stamp the image onto white card using a versamark ink pad then sprinkle with the embossing powder. ( You may want to wipe your card first with an anti static pad.)
Shake off the excess then heat until the powder melts and sets.
Colour the stamped image using water color pens, dilute the colour to blend and give the water colour effect.
Mount the white card onto slightly larger card to give a narrow border. Add 2 small brads to the corners.
Mount again at an angle using foam pads onto another peice of square coloured card.
