Method
Stamp the image of the Foral Border using a Black Stazon ink pad onto some white card and cut to size.
Colour over the image using the Marvy Pens.
Place a gem in the centre of each flower.
Choose two colours of card stock to mat and layer onto the card.
Finish with the stamped white card on top.
For the final touch add three drops of liquid pearls in the corners and Stickle the petals.
